Matt Iverson serves as the Director of Professional Services and Support for RepSpark. In this role, he leads a team of support professionals who help shape the customer experience of RepSpark users by identifying opportunities for excellence, knowledge, and growth.

Tell me about you and your role!

I am very excited to be joining RepSpark to help continue to provide our clients a high level of service and support!  As part of our continued goal of exceeding our client’s expectations, I am looking forward to building on our great foundation and working with our clients on new opportunities to solve the business challenges we face together every day and help B2B buyers sell more and be more efficient!

Why support and professional services?

Clients and employees are the most important part of any business!  As such, I find fulfillment and satisfaction by helping serve clients and our team members each and every day.  I have spent my entire career working in e-commerce, software, and in client-facing roles and my goal is to help our clients and employees optimize our service and support so they can focus on serving their customers!

What drew you to RepSpark? 

I was very impressed with the RepSpark team and product during my initial research and discussions.  Having spent most of my career in e-commerce, I was familiar with the significant value RepSpark could bring to our clients, but what ultimately drew me to RepSpark was the people and the shared vision of putting clients first in everything we do!

What is on your bucket list?

Bucket #1- First, continue to partner with my amazing wife to raise our two daughters to be good people and positive contributing members of society and follow their dreams!

Bucket #2 - See bucket #1, but in between doing that my wife and I would like to travel.  The top priorities being Australia, Austria, and Hawaii!
